Is your advisory service really free?

Yes. Our initial advisory consultations are completely free. Like an independent financial adviser, we maintain our objectivity by operating on a transparent model. We only earn when both you and the provider are a genuine fit, and we always disclose this upfront.

What's the difference between EOR and PEO?

An Employer of Record (EOR) becomes the legal employer of your staff in a foreign country, handling payroll, tax, and compliance entirely. A PEO (Professional Employer Organisation) works co-employer with you, typically within your home country. We’ll help you determine which model fits your situation.

How quickly can I hire in India with an EOR?

With the right EOR partner, most companies can onboard employees in India within 48–72 hours after contracts are signed. No entity setup, no local legal registration, just compliant hiring from day one.
 

Do you advise on countries beyond India?

Absolutely. While India is our core market, we advise on workforce expansion across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam) and are expanding our coverage continuously. If you have a specific country in mind, mention it in your enquiry.
