Arjun runs the global hiring advisory practice at Peorient. He spent six years as the APAC operations lead at an EOR startup that grew from 4 to 22 country entities during his tenure, then two years on secondment with Singapore's Economic Development Board working on inbound market entry mandates for North American and European companies. Before Peorient he advised 60+ companies through their first international hire, with a focus on India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, and the UK. His operational specialty is the messy middle: companies past their first hire who suddenly have to decide between staying on an EOR, opening a subsidiary, or running a hybrid. He spends his weekends running in the Western Ghats and has a low tolerance for vendor marketing dressed up as advice.
